Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
With the current working situation I have used most every web conference software out there and find GoTo Meeting to be one of the more useable, stable, and intuitive options out there. There is little lag and few technical issues. I also appreciate the many options for displaying the content and people within the program during presentations.

- Not as easy to add to an invite as teams
- Better meetings, better collaboration
- Easy to use means less wasted time
- Simple to share with those outside of our organization
Microsoft Teams, being a Microsoft product sets the standard for sharing through Outlook. But GoTo Meeting, with its Outlook plug is is nearly as capable. GoTo Meeting is more stable with better audio and video in my experience. Additionally, GoTo Meeting is very easy to share with those not within our organization, something I believe Microsft Teams could do better.
