Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
It is not being used across the organization. People have preferences between Zoom, Teams, Slack, and Google Meet. I find GoTo Meeting to be better for international meetings. The call in numbers always work and do not get hung up. Screen sharing works well so you can share the screen and work in the background with notes.

- Negative: We are already paying for Microsoft office which now has Teams. It is hard to sometimes justify paying for both.
- Positive: It is better for company meetings than teams because of the way it shows people. The whole team is more informed.

There wasn't a specific feature that GoTo Meeting has right now that is so different from other software that we have to have it. It was better than other software with screen sharing and communication but in today's virtual world everyone has caught up.It still works very well but I can't say it does the job much better than any other major virtual meeting player.
