A Great to for Webinars in our company. Both presenters and attendees like it!

Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

Although widespread use in our company is not our goal, GoTo Meeting is used by primarily our IT department. Apart from having historical reasons, the features it offers suit our needs. For the IT department this means it is one of the easiest services to use for webinars. We did look at others from time to time, but the service is good and changing a hassle.
  • Great for webinars
  • Good for meetings
  • LogMeIn as a partent company means a stable parent
  • You need a stable connection, but that is inherent to such a use case.
  • Nothing really big.
  • Having an easy to use tool for webinars save us time (equals money).
  • Easy of use for webinar attendees means less needed tech support for them.
We did check other product (like) Microsoft Teams having used GoTo Meeting for years with great joy means changing to a competitor the competition needs to be a lot better which we haven't seen yet.

We are using [GoTo Meeting] for our (IT) webinars primarily and not for meetings or conferences. For webinar use cases this is a good product and we don't have much issues with our viewers (mostly internal users, but sometimes also external guests or even a public webinar). Can't say much about the other use cases but webinars with GoTo Meeting are great.
