We use GoToWebinar to run online training programmes for clients globally. It moves our access to people from face-to-face in a seminar to a larger global audience.
- Good Communication with the client pre, during and post webinar to allow access and feedback.
- Easy and reliable to use platform. I've tried a few different webinar platforms that became too complicated.
- Unlimited use of the platform meeting that's cost effective..
- When setting up a webinar, an additional tab or icon so participants can see different time zones.
- Or It would be good if we had an option to stream the webinar so that people can access at any stage.
- It maybe useful to have options for visual contact with participants.
After using a few different platforms we found GoToWebinar a secure, easy and reliable platform. Our customers had no issues in being able to access our programs. We like the option to use the program when we need it without yearly fees.
