Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

It really can't be easier to use.
We use GotoWebinar in marketing for weekly and larger monthly informational webinars. Outside of marketing we also use GoToWebinar for our weekly all-hands calls, and for customer care calls.

Pros

  • Manage registrants
  • Collaborative tool
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • At times we have had problems with people logging on to the call
  • Sound quality
I use GoToWebinar because I can depend on the service - I have tried others and have seen them fail.
It is great for large meetings - not as good for smaller more collaborative ones.
