Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

Super easy to use.
We use GoToWebinar in our Marketing department for our own hosted webinars as well as in our Customer Success department. The CS Team uses GTW for their Scout certification (training) webinars. For both departments, we use the tool to connect with larger audiences. Specifically, we use GTW in Marketing to connect with our prospects on a one to many basis while the CS Team uses it to train and inform multiple customers during one session.
  • I love the ability to custom brand the webinars. It makes the platform seem more in line with our branding.
  • The integration with Marketo really saves me time so I don't have to upload registration and attendance lists.
  • The actual platform is super easy to use. Everything is intuitive and requires very little training. We feel comfortable giving our presenters a 5 minute overview before they have to use it and have never seen any problems.
  • I would like GTW to allow us to have slightly larger webinars. We're not at that point yet, but eventually I can see us hitting the cap.
  • I would love to able to play a recorded video straight through the platform. Occasionally we like to pre-record webinars and then offer live Q&A but this functionality is not available.
  • Basic video editing a recorded webinar would be great. As it stands I have to export and do it on my computer. Would love to be able to do this within the platform.
I like GTW since it's super simple to use and can get up and running quickly.
I think GTW is great for all of our Marketing webinars. It might not be appropriate for our sales team to use since I think it would feel less personal than a one on one meeting. In general if someone is looking to present to a large group I think it's very well suited.
