Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
Right now GoToWebinar is being used to help teach customers how to use our product more efficiently and in teaching strategies behind sourcing and procurement processes. This addresses the issue of teaching and engaging customers (specifically new ones) in a scalable way for a small fast growing company like our own.
- Easy to get to
- Convenient for most use cases
- It's an established name (clients recognize)
- Not all customers are tech savvy enough to use the product.
Not as professional of a tool, compared to GoToWebinar. Although, GoToWebinar doesn't have as clean of a sync with calendars as Google Hangouts & Google Hangouts has a much higher adoption rate (for customers). Google Hangouts is not conducive to a confidential webinar at all.
