Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
We use it to host webinars to generate potential clients. We also use GotoMeeting to conduct online workshops and classes with clients.
- Very easy to set up
- Tracking
- It's all on one system - you don't have to use YouTube or any other external providers to broadcast (I've tried other ones like that and they are very hard to rely on).
- Reliable
- I have experienced no issues and it does what I need it to at this point - so not really?!
- Easy Webinar and WebinarJam
I have bought Easy Webinar and WebinarJam. Both were cheaper, which drove the decision, but they were completely unreliable as they needed to be integrated with YouTube or google hangouts. Ultimately, we paid a lot more because we had to buy GoToWebinar in the end as it was the only one we could totally trust to work when we were due to go live!
