Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

Usability

I think the setup of the webinars could be a little easier and the aforementioned running out of webinars. It does seem that recent upgrades have improved on this a bit.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Gotowebinar allows me to do webinars easily. These webinars, integrated with my CRM system (Infusionsoft via Thrive Leads) allow me to build trust and a rapport with my clients through ongoing education and support. This also allows me to market my products and services.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The platform is very fast and robust, even with a less-than-ideal internet connection.
The platform allows me to easily create and edit webinars.
The platform allows me to record the content for future use.
The platform allows me to interact with my clients, thereby developing trust.

Cons

The editing of webinars could be somewhat easier.
A warning that a webinar series is coming to an end, asking to add new sessions would be helpful. For instance, I do a standing webinar weekly. The same link is used for each webinar--that's a good thing. However, if I forget to add sessions and run out, I have to start from scratch.
Adding an ulimited number of sessions, say, every Thursday at 10:00 CST would be helpful.

Likelihood to Recommend

I've always been happy with GoToWebinar. I hate when I have to give webinars for others and they are using other platforms. I suppose to improve, they could look into features that newer webinar providers are implementing (e.g. Webinar Jam).
