Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
Gotowebinar allows me to do webinars easily. These webinars, integrated with my CRM system (Infusionsoft via Thrive Leads) allow me to build trust and a rapport with my clients through ongoing education and support. This also allows me to market my products and services.
- The platform is very fast and robust, even with a less-than-ideal internet connection.
- The platform allows me to easily create and edit webinars.
- The platform allows me to record the content for future use.
- The platform allows me to interact with my clients, thereby developing trust.
- The editing of webinars could be somewhat easier.
- A warning that a webinar series is coming to an end, asking to add new sessions would be helpful. For instance, I do a standing webinar weekly. The same link is used for each webinar--that's a good thing. However, if I forget to add sessions and run out, I have to start from scratch.
- Adding an ulimited number of sessions, say, every Thursday at 10:00 CST would be helpful.
