Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse

Greenhouse is our company ATS. We use it to process all hires and recruiting activity.

Pros

  • Easy Application review process
  • Mobile optimized
  • Great customer support
  • Email templating is super easy

Cons

  • Doesn't include crm in their pricing
  • Doesn't have mail merge/email campaign capabilities
  • Positive - we saved money going back to Greenhouse from Lever
Greenhouse is cheaper, functionally better, and easier to use regardless of how it looks.
Customer Support for Greenhouse is a million times better.
Free posts to Glassdoor Jobs page (huge money saver).
I recently switched to Lever hoping it would be a better platform/supercharge my hiring efforts, instead I had nothing but issues and made a decision to go back to Greenhouse. I am happy to be back with Greenhouse - their features actually work. Would have saved us a lot of time and money if we had just stayed put.

Support staff at Greenhouse are super knowledgable and efficient!
