Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
On the recruiting team, we use Greenhouse as our primary ATS (applicant tracking system). It's how we know which candidates are applying, what interview stage they are at, what interview feedback they may garner, etc. We track offers, schedule interviews, review inbound information such as resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, how they heard of Segment, application questions, etc.
We also export candidate profiles to Greenhouse from Entelo after sourcing them via email.

- Easy flow-through application review in each job
- Easy to manage offer and export via DocuSign
- Interview feedback scorecards are easy to structure
- Not very good at uploading resumes in the correct format via FilePicker
- When trying to parse resume from PDF, only scrapes some / wrong information
- Is not intuitive for new hiring managers to navigate through
- It's allowed us to scale our hiring each year, and add more concrete steps to the process as we grow as a recruiting team
