Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Our Recruiting department owns Greenhouse and each hiring manager has a log-in to review resumes and record interview notes. Each person in the company also has access to Greenhouse to refer candidates. It keeps recruiting efforts transparent and streamlined and allows the entire company to get involved in some way.
Pros
- Custom referral links for social media - I use these to advertise job postings. It is especially nice to have when there is a referral bonus on the line.
- Allows each interviewer to share interview notes between one another and allows you to rate each candidate you meet. The interface is user-friendly.
Cons
- I wish I had more control over the automated emails I receive through Greenhouse. I receive some but have not been able to configure others that would be nice. For example, an email is someone uses my referral link to apply to a job posting.
- We had a goal to grow our business by 50% last year and Greenhouse helped make that possible by streamlining our processes and getting the whole company involved in the hiring process.
