Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Applicant tracking system used daily for 2.5 years.
- Integration with Slack.
- Basic actions, such as reviewing pipelines or scheduling interviews, take too much time.
- Difficult to navigate, implement, and validate customizations
- No customer service.
- Mobile application is not functional.
- Documentation.
- Scorecards.
- Data and reporting.
- Because the reports were unreliable and too limited, we looked for another solution which adds to our recruitment operating costs
