Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Recruitment lifecycle, leveraging social networking and leads generation. all managers use it as recruiting managers as well as talent acquisition teams. Also executive sees analysis as we pulled data to our BI and analyzed it. While the product offers workflows and office365 connectivity is very cumbersome to use HR personnel often bypass and shortcut the functionality.

- Information security and GDPR remained a concern.
Both of these options were considered however SuccessFactors was too limited in functionality and key wishers had poor previous experience with it. Comment on the other hand was on the shortlist but most business users preferred US-based solutions that had many references with other startups.
