Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Greenhouse daily and manage the tool configurations. It has the cleanest user interface, makes recruiting extremely easy with it's workflows and customization options. Everything lives in one place and you know how your recruiting function is doing thanks to that.

Lever, Ashby and JazzHR

Greenhouse is the standard, it is the most expensive but it's worth it. If you wanted to spend less, I'd suggest Lever but that will also mean cutting on some neat features that could improve your recruiting process.

Greenhouse is great for a company that like organization and consistency across recruiting. You can set up one template Job from which all other jobs have to be set up from. You can bulk edit the stages and interviews to all be in the same order which makes reporting 10x easier
