Overall Satisfaction with Groove

As a proactive Customer Success team looking to track and monitor client engagement, Groove has delivered enormous efficiency gains. Our implementation between Groove and Salesforce means no client communication is lost to the ether. And the time savings of automation are a significant productivity win. The email recipient tracking has also proved highly beneficial, making sure we know exactly when the right time is to follow-up with our customers.
  • Browser widget could be expanded
  • Efficiency gains have been a time value-add.
  • Improved customer relationships.
Groove won out on functionality at the price point.
Good support, although pathways to Support could be clearer.

Groove is well suited to a Customer Success team where account management is a key function. I'm not sure it's features would be as appropriate if customer support was the principal task.
