Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove for our email outreach to prospects and clients. We realized we can send more emails and automate a lot of our processes. We're always making calls through Groove as well now. We've seen a 40% increase in productivity and we can record the calls as well, which gives us the ability to do call coaching. Groove is primarily being used by our SDR team and CSM team.

Groove has the best CSM team I've seen from any vendor. Outreach is one of the best sales engagement platforms I've seen but the promptness in support we receive from Groove outweighs that as well as the price. Most of the sales engagement platforms have some of the same functionality.

Groove meets the needs for most of the initiatives you're looking to achieve on the BDR front and Sales side. There's a lot of competition in this space so features are usually what sets the software apart and support. Groove's Customer Success team is the best I've seen from software vendors. When chatting with support I've always received a response in less than 5 minutes. At first, we wanted more analytics and integrations with different softphones but with more training, but we realized the analytics were there. Didn't like that Groove didn't integrate with our softphone, but we recently switched to Groove's dialer and immediately saw a 40% increase in SDR productivity.
