Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used predominantly by our Sales Department. We're using it for a number of its features, such as external email tracking and engagement, collaboration, workflow management, scheduler, prospect insights, softphone, and more. We have integrated Groove with both our email client and our CRM, which saves us hours per week on exporting/importing data between systems. It gives us great insights into who's engaging with our emails and it's workflow management ensures no communications are missed.

  • Sometimes buggy but not overly so.
  • The dialer can be a bit finicky.
  • Saves hours per week. Difficult to put a number on it but I would estimate 4 - 5 hours per week per user.
It's rare that I need support but when I do, they're always on hand and willing to help at a moment's notice.
Slightly buggy but its ability to integrate across multiple platforms is great.

I've only used Groove within a Sales environment and can't imagine not using it now if I were to move. It's the first thing I open in the morning, to see what my workload is like for the day ahead (how many calls/emails, etc.) and I also check in to see what engagement my recent emails have gotten.
