Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove to automate our outreach to prospects. Groove lets us easily queue-up the appropriate email template for each situation. We use a lot of email templates at my company, and it used to take a really long time (42 mouse clicks) to queue-up, send, and log each individual email. Groove has reduced that down from 42 mouse clicks per email to 3 mouse clicks per email. When you send around 100 emails per day, that makes a huge difference.
We also use Groove for automatically logging emails and calls into Salesforce. We also use it for easy calendar scheduling with our clients and prospects.
Groove offers direct customer support to each individual end-user, which is pretty rare. Anyone at my company with a Groove license has immediate access to the help desk/chat system.
