Overall Satisfaction with Groove

The Sales department uses the tool as a Sales Enablement software to easily track prospects through workflows, create flows and monitor the success of email templates & ROI of your outreach. It allows you to set up call cadences, emails, LinkedIn, text campaigns, etc, all in one centralized place. The best part about Groove is that it syncs with your Salesforce & Sales Navigator tools for prospecting, creating a seamless experience for Sales teams.
  • As you work prospects through your day-to-day workflows, Groove makes it easy to take and track notes during calls, emails, etc.
  • Build out templates that allow you to understand the metrics behind your outreach.
  • The customer support team is readily available and can troubleshoot most of your problems during a 10-minute call. I appreciate this.
  • Increased functionality with tracking and email engagements.
  • Be able to automate the process of getting leads into flows from LinkedIn directly.
  • Preview functionality can be improved.
  • Helped our BDR team hit our sales goals (105%) to quota.
  • Our new business pipeline is better than its been in the past.
  • The team has 3x their efficiency.

Very similar functionality, I think we use Groove because we are still a smaller organization and it's best suited for our needs at this time. Should we grow, I'm not sure if we'd stay with Groove due to the increased functionality we'd need to implement across a growing sales organization.

This is a great tool for Sales Enablement & Sales Outreach teams that are dealing with high volume outreach campaigns, logging calls, etc.
