Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being used just for our department of Education Services to send out automated emails and to track when our clients are opening our emails. It allows us to engage with our clients automatically by adding them into certain flows and to send those automatic emails without having to remember to do that on our end.
- Allows automatic emails
- Allows us to track when our clients are opening/engaging with the emails
- Allows for tracking sales information about the client
- It doesn't allow for a client to be added mid flow, they have to start from the first email and continue throughout the entire flow process.
- It allows for automatic emails which is super helpful for my department.
- It allows for us to see when our clients are clicking on our emails or engaging on them.
I have not looked into other products like Groove, our company has always used Groove.
