Overall Satisfaction with Groove
In my position, I use Groove to build out e-mail campaigns to reach our prospects en mass. This allows us to get our name out quickly to large audiences with the ability to follow-up as people open the e-mail.
- Tracks e-mail opens.
- Allows us to put specific people into a follow-up queue for reach out.
- It does everything I need it to! And more!
- Setting up outreach campaigns.
- Tracking open communications.
- Has allowed us to focus on specific individuals rather than spend tons of time calling random people.
Hard to gauge, but the time savings are tremendous. Hours and hours.
So much better! Easier to use and much more robust.
