Overall Satisfaction with Groove

In my position, I use Groove to build out e-mail campaigns to reach our prospects en mass. This allows us to get our name out quickly to large audiences with the ability to follow-up as people open the e-mail.

Pros

  • Tracks e-mail opens.
  • Allows us to put specific people into a follow-up queue for reach out.

Cons

  • It does everything I need it to! And more!
  • Setting up outreach campaigns.
  • Tracking open communications.
  • Has allowed us to focus on specific individuals rather than spend tons of time calling random people.
Sometimes the functionality is more than I need or use and so setting up the automations are difficult for an elementary user.
So much better! Easier to use and much more robust.
