Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used for prospecting purposes, email follow ups reminders, among others.

Pros

  • Follow ups.
  • Prospecting.
  • Mass emailing.
  • Call.
  • Scheduler.

Cons

  • Format within the flows, bullet points.
  • Groove callers sometimes is slow.
  • Direct Notifications when emails are not being opened.
  • For me it is the automated emails.
  • Reminders to send emails.
  • Engagement (clicks, opens).
  • It definitely saves a lot of time when doing follow ups and when trying to send a campaign to several people at the same time.
It is fairly easy to use, but I would make it more user friendly with other software.
