Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We are using Groove to automate a lot of our outreach to potential clients. It is being used in our Sales department and allows us to take the thinking out of outreach and focus more on managing our pipeline.

  • Creating a system to follow.
  • Editing Flows shared by others.
  • Recommending templates.
  • Helping with outreach.
  • Reminding us about tasks to complete.
  • Letting us know when someone has looked at an email.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Faster deal cycles.
  • More revenue.
It is easy to use and is pretty straightforward. A lot of features that you can use once you get more comfortable with it. I am still learning of new features!
I save a few hours a week with Groove just because it automates a lot of the tasks that take up time.
I have not used a tool like Groove prior to using Groove.
