Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is currently being used across our entire revenue generating teams. An issue we faced is time management and with only so many working hours in a day we wanted our team is focus on revenue generating tasks. Luckily because of how smoothly Groove is integrated with Salesforce we are able to not only sync data back in real time, but we can also update objects directly from within Gmail. Given our team spends most of their day in Gmail it is a no brainer for us to utilize this feature.

The platform is simple, clean, and easy to use. We are able to onboard new hires within the day because of how intuitive the tool is. The customer success team is attentive and hardworking - it is easy to get ahold of them if any questions or concerns come up.
One of the biggest reasons we decided to move forward with Groove is because of the customizability of the platform. The industry we work in doesn't rely on uploading hundreds of contacts/leads into a sales sequence and pressing send in hopes of booking a weekend. Our reps go after a curated list of accounts and build out a plan of who could get us into an account. Groove gives us the flexibility to build out an experience based on each teams specific workflow.

Groove is great because the platform allows you to customize itself based on each teams specific responsibilities. Not everyone has the same access in Salesforce so the Groove experience is different throughout the org.
