Overall Satisfaction with Groove
It is used by our department as we are a sales team. It adds value in the sense of being able to track a clients movements in terms of opening emails and clicking on links etc. This type of tool for a sales team is invaluable to be honest and without it you are completely blind as this really gives an insight into what they are doing

Groove is by far and above the best in the business. In previous jobs I have used systems such as Genysys and Stan especially. These were both very not reliable and difficult to use for the average user. As mentioned earlier every sales team should be using Groove to completely manage their funnels along with Salesforce
