Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove helps us to connect directly with Salesforce, we use it to do follow-up flows, email tracking and activity tracking. Solves the transparency and monitoring of commercial activities. Seeing the temperature of the customers and how easy it is to link it with Salesforce is one of the clear advantages of Groove.

It is very intuitive to use, the connections it makes with Salesforce are wonderful. Tracking all your activities is incredible, also the reporting that the tool has is very clear and easy to read. Having the reading tracking of your emails is something that ensures that your communications are reaching your customers.
I used this tool a few years a go, so the features are not comparable to Groove, sorry fo the few words :(

Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Mailchimp Transactional Email (mandrill)
Groove works seamlessly with Salesforce, making registration tasks completely easy. It connects perfectly with lead, customer and campaign listings. Groove does not work very well with LinkedIn or at least it has been difficult for me to understand how it works with it. Sometimes the flows tend to go to SPAM and it does not allow to send attachments.
