Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove helps us to connect directly with Salesforce, we use it to do follow-up flows, email tracking and activity tracking. Solves the transparency and monitoring of commercial activities. Seeing the temperature of the customers and how easy it is to link it with Salesforce is one of the clear advantages of Groove.

- Doing a whole campaign with Flows has not been so easy for me
- Calls tend not to be as good even if you have good internet quality
- Sometimes customers tell us that emails generated with Groove reach them spam

I used this tool a few years a go, so the features are not comparable to Groove, sorry fo the few words :(
