Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Used by department. It addresses time consuming functions like typing similar emails(Groove offers templates for that) and logging communication with clients in Salesforce

Cons

  • occasionally disconnects from gmail and needs to be re-synced

  • reduced admin overhead costs
This is a great tool overall, but might need to get a little more stable and user friendlly
