Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Our company uses Groove to manage workflow, email tracking in and out, and to link up with our Salesforce. It allows our team to more effectively send mass email mailers while also tracking them (who has received the mailer, how many clicks, and following up). It is being used across multiple departments.
  • Links with Salesforce
  • Easy email tracking
  • Sends emails out quickly and efficiently
  • Can be glitchy, for example sometimes my follow up emails do not send automatically and need to be manually sent
  • The templates I use could be updated with the ability to add attachments rather than embedding the attachment in the email.
  • The templates also have formatting issues when trying to add bulleted lists
  • Synching with Salesforce
  • Automatic email logging
  • Automatic follow up to people who have not replied to the original email
  • Increased productivity/efficiency
  • Easier email tracking/logging
While I believe Groove is easy to use, there are people in my department who have chosen not to use it because it can take time to understand how to use it. I do training with all new employees to encourage them to use Groove, however many people prefer the "old way" even though it's less efficient and time-consuming.

Yes

I use Groove daily and recommend that all of my colleagues use it. It has been a wonderful platform addition to our workflow and has allowed me to work much faster and more efficiently. Groove is wonderful when you're doing a lot of email outreach but also allows for targeted outreach by the easy ability to update templates.
