Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is currently only used by one department. Due to its functionality, we still don't need it in all departments. Therefore, it's only used in the sales part, where we send out mass emails to contact several people at the same time.
  • Organize emails.

  • Some bugs appear when sending emails.
  • It could have a database of email responses.
  • The button to disable specific email notifications sometimes doesn't work.
  • Sending automatic emails.
  • Receiving email opening notifications.
  • Possibility of bulk emails.
  • Greater productivity.
  • More efficiency in operation.
  • Ease of email administration.
Groove is a very efficient platform, whether for sending bulk e-mails or email opening notifications, among other reasons. For every day of using this tool, the easier and more efficient the use of all the resources becomes.

[Groove] is totally suitable when you need to send bulk emails for any purpose, be it sales, support, or reminders. Today, I wouldn't recommend Groove in simpler cases where there are few contacts, as the tool provides a filter, and efficiency in sending emails is so good. However, it is very interesting that companies use this tool, which is so functional.
