Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I used Groove when I was an ADM/BDR at ObservePoint. I have recently moved to the CSM team and no longer use the tool, but I would definitely recommend it. The sales team uses it to remind them and keep them up to date on who to reach out to and when. You can also use it to create templates which is great so you can send over 500 emails at once and more. You can use it for personalized emails as well—all in all, a great product.

- The groove dialer was great until it got updated. Now it's super buggy and not easier to use.

We started using XANT for a little bit but it wasn't very user-friendly and didn't have the same automation so we stayed with Groove.
