It's used by multiple departments and allows us to track customer and prospect contact.

It's very easy to use and intuitive.

Groove is better than Mailtrack, as Mailtrack is Gmail only and not as easy to use as Groove.

It's an excellent product and makes me have visibility on who I've emailed, who has opened/not opened, and allows me to track all of my emails. The integration with Salesforce is excellent too and means I have full visibility via our CRM. It's simple, seamless, and intuitive - a great tool.
