Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it in our team when we want to automate emails, create flows, and other stuff like that. It's really useful and helps us gain a lot of time! It's really nice and I hope all the companies I'll work at will have this. We have loads of people to contact every single damn day so it's almost vital to our job. It's really really useful and I really like this, otherwise, I wouldn't do a review.
  • Automated email.
  • Automated flows.
  • Logs calls.
  • Logs emails to SFDC.
  • Helps me gain time.
  • The website used to be super laggy and it still is a bit, it could be more fluid.
  • Templates load a bit slowly but maybe it's just my connection? I don't know.
  • The new design on Gmail is bad - really small logo.
  • Automatic emails.
  • Automatic flows.
  • Logging calls.
  • Meetings
  • It's made me more productive.
  • I'm now the top salesman in my team.
  • I gain a lot of time so I have more time to do other tasks.
It's really nice but sometimes it's a bit slow. I don't know what to add. When you click, you have a delay and you need to wait a bit for things to load but otherwise, it's quite nice. I wish there was a possibility to auto send emails from day 1 but apparently, it doesn't work. So if you could improve that...
I think it helps me gain like 5 hours a week depending on how many leads I receive/deal with. [It] also helps me with my health since I don't have to type everything by hand or click more.
  • Groove
I haven't used anything similar to Groove before so I wouldn't be able to compare them. I just think it's really nice and I'm a loyal person (also to brands) so I hope to continue with Groove as long as I possibly can.

I'd be interested in getting to know a new software like Groove but if I can't, it's not a big deal.

Genesys Cloud CX (formerly Genesys Cloud), Slack, Zoom
It's really useful to have Groove as a tool when you work with loads of people because it helps you gain time, organize yourself better, and automatically send emails. I really like this tool. I learned how to use it by myself, it's quite easy & straightforward.

I hope that my next company will also be using this!
