Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Our whole SDR team uses Groove primarily as a way to drastically cut downtime in manually sending out emails, scheduling follow-ups, and making phone calls. I can say from personal experience, I would not be doing as well in my role without Groove.
  • Share templates and master flows to onboard new hires quickly.
  • Systemize outreach so you can spend more time doing revenue-driving activities.
  • Way to see the data in terms of what works/what doesn't and make adjustments.
  • Creating automatic actions require thoughtful planning and secondary templates.
  • Sometimes it'll say an email was opened (or it won't say it was opened) when it was.
  • Data and analytics.
  • Salesforce Integration.
  • Sharing Flows.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Reduced admin costs.

Groove has all the features I need to be successful in my role in sales. Specifically, I love loves the sidebar which allows me to update Salesforce notes and contacts directly out of Groove, as well as log activity, take notes, and scope Sales Navigator. I also love Groove's "Flows" (cadences) in that they are easy to build and customize, giving me the structure I need without taking away creativity/personalization. Finally, the Analytics in the platform is 10x better than the previous tool we used. I can instantly see how my emails, calls, and flows are performing and gain insights into what's working, what's not, and what I can change.
