We use Groove to implement a consistent sales strategy across the entire company. We use it to stay on top of client outreach and engagement. This software solves the problem of invisible reminders to continue and increase client engagement. The software has been invaluable to what we do. It integrates perfectly into our Salesforce platform.

Groove is best suited for roles that require high client outreach but also require quality of client outreach. It's not as appropriate for roles where you only spend time cold calling clients. Groove allows us to be customizable and agile when working with new clients and adding ones in. May not be best for more static environments.
