Overall Satisfaction with Groove

My organization currently uses Groove to help with prospecting and building outreach cadences! With Groove, you have full visibility to who's interacting and engaging with your email once it's sent out. It keeps a log of your daily email and phone call outreach which also provides insight into how your day-to-day is going.

  • Easier way to get to the body of your email tracking history.
  • Flows.
  • Template creation.
  • Not sure, I only use Groove for outreach.
Groove was a little complicated to understand at first but once I received the proper training it was smooth sailing from there.
I save a couple of hours every day. On a weekly average, I would say 8hrs.

One experience I have had with Groove that helped land me a huge meeting was being able to see how the lead was engaging with the emails, with clicks and link clicks data available on hand it let me know that the prospect had interest and I was able to send consistent emails which kept the prospect engaged.
