Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove has helped cut my prospecting time in half. I use it to quickly send emails and organize various interactions with people my company seeks to connect with.
  • Automatically sending multiple emails with a click of a button.
  • Analytics on user activity.
  • Insights on prospect data.
  • More insights/ways to clean up bad data.
  • Integration with linkedin to blast connection requests or messages to connections.
  • capability to send a chunk of emails within a given flow vs one at a time or send to the whole flow.

  • More qualified leads setting up calls with us.
  • More interactions recorded with potential prospects.
  • Less time per salesperson spent prospecting.
I am not actively prompted within the app to try features that I currently do not use. I would say I weekly use 3-4 of the tools within groove out of what I would imagine is hundreds of features.
I would say at least a few hours per day, per team member.
I have not used any competing resources so I am not sure how to compare.

Groove is perfect for BDRs and entry-level sales but for a more mature salesperson, detailed relationship building may be more significant to them than the quantity of work simplification that Grove lends itself to.
