Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is tied into our CRM and has become an essential tool in my daily work. I primarily use it to track outreach.

Cons

  • Better mobile experience.
  • Tracking.
  • Account Management.
  • Accountability.
  • Groove definitely helps with productivity in that it guides me on where to focus.
  • It likely has a lot to do with driving revenue since it helps with outreach planning.
It's become automatic for me. I don't even notice that Groove is a part of the workflow, in a good way.
Groove is much more user-friendly and tied into the systems better.
