Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove as a dialer and a cadence tool. Our BDRs were using their own cell phones to make calls. We were losing the recording of who they called and when. Also, it was tedious to dial on their own phones. Using Groove streamlined the process and allowed our BDRs to get more calls in per day. In addition, using the flows allowed our reps to reach out to more people in an automated manner which led to a lot of great leads.
Pros
- The dialer works very well and links up with peoples phones, but masks their number so they aren't getting work calls on their personal numbers.
- The flows are easy to setup and track so we can know what is and what isn't effective.
- Groove easy integrates in with Chrome so they can see details around contacts and customers right there as well as allows you to integrate easier with your CRM.
Cons
- The texting tool can only be used while on a desktop. If they could integrate the texting with end user phones just like the dialer, that would go a long way.
- If Groove could link up with the basic LinkedIn Navigator product, we could reach a lot more contacts. It only integrates with higher, more expensive versions of LinkedIn Navigator.
- If Groove had the ability to record the calls it makes, that would make it the all-around tool we would love.

When evaluating these products, we ultimately went with Groove for a few reasons. All of the products were very similar in the functionality department, so that wasn't a big factor. The biggest factor was the price. Groove was drastically lower than any of the other products and had similar features. The other major factor was a dedicated CSM. As we were new to Groove, this was a huge plus that no other company offered.
