Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove helps to centralize my outreach to hundreds of prospects. It allows my team and I to build collective, custom email templates to scale customized outreach to prospects. I can build custom flows to target a specific type of prospect/audience with specific email templates and attachments. Basically, it takes all of the hassles out of managing prospect outreach, so you can focus on actually getting in touch with the right prospects. I also love the Groove dialer that connects to Salesforce, so when I call prospects, I can take notes in the dialer. All Groove activity on the app and in my email automatically syncs with Salesforce.

Pros

  • Scale outreach effectively as your sales team and market grows

Cons

  • The new Groove Omni Dialer has a couple of changes that I don't like - it sometimes calls the same person I was just speaking to right back automatically

  • Increased productivity - my organization does not have a Revenue Operations person yet, so it is important to mitigate Salesforce administrative tasks

Groove is very user-friendly as I was able to understand the platform and use it effectively within a week or two. I was able to understand the basic functionality within Groove to use it within a day or two.
I haven't used other similar products in the market. My company uses Hubspot from a marketing perspective and uses Groove for the sales team. I believe they decided Hubspot worked better to track marketing campaigns and Groove works better for prospect outreach.

Groove is a great tool for business development teams to have effective and efficient outreach as their teams continue to grow. From my experience, Account Executive might not get as much use out of the tool as their outreach is usually not as list-driven.
