Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to map out sales outreach for prospects. Groove integrates with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and my email to automatically sync outreach, save templates, and develop a "flow" or cadence for outreach over a customizable timeline. I am able to create content ahead of time, import leads, and keep on track of what messages they're receiving and when without much swivel-chairing. I couldn't imagine doing my job without it.

  • Omni-dialer pairs well with phones for seamless calling/note taking experience
  • Sometimes tricky to get a bird's eye view on all prospects in a specific flow
  • Integration with SFDC, LinkedIn, and Gmail
  • Ability to create unlimited, customizable flows for different industries or personas
  • Notifications with open/click rate time and location
  • I've never been an BDR without Groove, so I can't give an exact measure of the increase in efficiency, but I'm absolutely certain it would take me 2-3 times as long to do my job without it.
Sometimes there are some extra clicks to toggle back and forth between flows and the prospects on each step, but the time lost there is nothing compared to the time I'd lose doing my outreach without Groove automatically logging my actions or saving templates. The customer success team is approachable and open to updates, so I imagine they'll continue improving the platform.

Groove is an excellent tool for anyone with a high-volume outreach role. If you use Salesforce or LinkedIn on a daily basis, the integration streamlines a lot of otherwise redundant work. You can save talk tracks, email templates, LinkedIn messages, etc. But, it's also super customizable, so nothing has to sound cookie-cutter if you don't want it to. I also enjoy the open/click rate analytics to see what emails are doing well or who has interacted with my messaging.
