Groove: essential for your sales toolkit
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to map out sales outreach for prospects. Groove integrates with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and my email to automatically sync outreach, save templates, and develop a "flow" or cadence for outreach over a customizable timeline. I am able to create content ahead of time, import leads, and keep on track of what messages they're receiving and when without much swivel-chairing. I couldn't imagine doing my job without it.
Pros

- Good customer support
- Omni-dialer pairs well with phones for seamless calling/note taking experience
Cons
- Sometimes tricky to get a bird's eye view on all prospects in a specific flow
- Integration with SFDC, LinkedIn, and Gmail
- Ability to create unlimited, customizable flows for different industries or personas
- Notifications with open/click rate time and location
- I've never been an BDR without Groove, so I can't give an exact measure of the increase in efficiency, but I'm absolutely certain it would take me 2-3 times as long to do my job without it.
