Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to automate my phone calls emails and social touches. I create lead generation target lists and import them to groove. The groove tracks my flows and activity schedule for when i should be reaching out to those contacts and in what manner. This saves me a lot of time.

Groove is easy to navigate but harder to edit. For changing templates and seeing or creating profile notes it could be more streamlined.

Groove is fantastic for automating sales actions and keeping you organized. I can see what I need to do to stay on track for my flows. Groove is not appropriate for finding leads, looking at your lead lists, or for editing your lead lists. I would recommend zoom info or salesforce for that.
