Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is integrated with our main platform, Salesforce. All new leads that come in are included in a Groove flow so I can easily follow up with them. Groove shows the scripts of what I should say on every call, email or text. Everything is automated there so it saves me a lot of time

- Shows the right template or script to be used in every situation
- Helps with organization and meeting scheduling
- It would be great to have our Salesforce notes be synced with Groove
- Some leads that come in, for some reason go through a crack or failure in the flow, we lose them. It would be great to have Groove advise us if there is any lead that is not being properly followed up
- Groove is missing an easy access action button to have a new lead start in any further step than step 1 when needed

Maybe about 10 hrs per week. Time is saved due to having each follow up process already established and the type of follow up I should be making. Before using Groove I had to take a look into the notes, establish a follow up procedure and then look for the best template I should be using for it.
