Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to send mass emails to potential prospects. We also use it to track open rates, response rates - email success within particular use cases.
  • Reporting.
  • Efficient emailing.
  • Getting through certain firewalls would be great.
  • Ability to split flows without having to move people manually.
  • Reporting - Open rates, etc.
  • Ability to send mass emails.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Reduces the amount of time spent sending emails manually.
The whole system is user-friendly and very simple to use.

From a BDR function - the ability to add pre-saved leads from previous flows and add them to a new flow for certain campaigns (Xmas, etc) makes life for mass emailing a lot easier.
