Groove Review
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to do outreach via phone call, email, LinkedIn messaging to prospects for my sales organization. The Groove product allows me to send mass amounts of emails to prospects extremely quickly and in defined batches. I can set up emails to go out at custom times too which is very helpful. Groove tracks the amount of calls I make and to who and same goes with emails. It shows which ones have been opened by prospects which allows me to figure out which "batch" of emails is more "successful".
Pros
- Tracking of opened emails.
- Allowing for easy and simple structure of putting together and sending out emails.
- Easy to figure out "steps" in flows and how many i've had and done.
Cons
- I wish logging calls was a bit smoother.
- When looking at a specific flow you should be able to go to the last page without it having to bring you to the top of the first page.
- When editing an email and clicking on "Include in thread" it erases the subject line you have. That's annoying.
- Custom self timer for emails
- Tracking of who opens my emails
- Being able to add {firstname} or {company} easily. With Microsoft word it is an insanely long and complicated process.
- Increased productivity
- Faster deal cycles
- Greater customer satisfaction
- Faster deal cycles
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Groove is much easier, quicker, cleaner looking, and better than the way I sent out and tracked emails with Microsoft. Microsoft was a step by step process which was highly confusing. Learning Groove took me about 2 weeks max.
