Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to send mass emails and schedule reminders, as well as keeping track of the open rate of our different emails. For the most part, it's just to track our email flows and to see which are most successful and which need to be changed. My favorite part of Groove is the ease of setting reminders for my email responses.

Groove is incredibly easy to use, and user-friendly. For the way that I use it, it's very intuitive and requires so little effort. The only reason I didn't give it a 10, is because I know that there are a ton of other features with Groove that I know nothing about, and it would be nice to have an easy understanding of what else I can do without having to dig to find that information.
My workplace trained me in Groove when I started, so it wasn't so much of a choice for me. But compared to anything that I've used before, Groove is definitely the easiest to use and has changed my workflow immensely! I wish I'd known about it sooner because I would have implemented it in my own business.

Groove has been incredible for keeping track of emails, sending out mass email communication, and customizing email templates for ease of communication. Since I started using Groove, I rarely forget to check in with my clients, and I can get through my inbox so much faster than before.
