Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to track emails and calendar appointments. Also to share and use templates within the company. Groove is also used to track how many times our emails are opened. Groove is able to help us save time when sending the same email to different clients. Also saves time in sharing templates and logging every record in the CRM.

Groove is extremely easy to use. Each feature is self-explanatory. Everything is listed out clean on the Groove website which is extremely easy to navigate. It is clean & user-friendly. Groove is very easy to use for first-time users. It literally gets the job done with the least friction!
I have never used a program like Groove before. I've always had to record information manually. Groove is amazing!

Groove is extremely convenient simply by how much time it saves. Also, it has a feature where it auto-fills a client's name thus avoiding addressing emails to the wrong client. We save time every time a new hire starts & we need to share templates. Instead of emailing a template one email at a time, we are able to share a folder out of Groove that includes ALL templates that the new hire will need.
