Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove allows me to easily manage all of my outreach. I can pull contacts from ZoomInfo and Salesforce into a Groove campaign with just a few clicks. Everything is automatically logged so I have more time to focus on other tasks. I also love the ability to see when (and how many times) emails are opened.
  • Salesforce integration logs activities automatically.
  • Advanced filters to target and pull the best contacts for outreach.
  • Easily create and share campaign templates with team members.
  • Connects with Gmail to easily track outreach (clicks, views, etc.).
  • Sometimes emails recipients that respond back don't get pulled from a campaign if it's set up to remove them.
  • The platform can go down occasionally.
  • Groove dialer disconnects fairly often.
  • API integration with Salesforce and GSuite
  • Ability to share campaign templates with my team on the Groove dashboard
  • Easily manage outreach regardless of the method (email, phone, etc.)
  • Groove scheduler makes meeting scheduling easy for clients since they can book based on my calendar availability. There's no back and forth to book a meeting!
  • I can easily set up a large outreach campaign by using the advanced search feature to pull contacts with specific job titles within my book of business. It takes minutes!
  • I can pull data on how successful campaigns are and share the best ones with my team to ensure we all succeed.
The initial setup was quick and learning how to use the basic functions took a few hours. As I continue to use it I discover new ways to get the most of out its integration with Salesforce. The Groove team is also extremely helpful anytime I have a question or issue with the platform.

Groove is a great tool for outreach, whether it's via email, phone, or LinkedIn. I can easily manage multiple campaigns targeting specific contacts and personas. I also don't have to worry about logging anything in Salesforce, adding calendar invites for meetings, or removing contacts once I connect with them. Groove takes care of all of that.
