Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to prepare and send out email and phone campaigns. It also helps give me reminders to follow up and helps me automate this process. I love that Groove can synchronize with Salesforce and log my emails and call notes. The Groove flow reminders are very helpful but it is a bit annoying that I cannot modify a Groove flow once I add people to it unless I change each individual email.
Pros
- Logs emails and phone calls with my CRM; the sidebar can help me easily see any recent activity with clients
- Sends out reminders for next steps in a Groove flow or emails that have not been followed up with; I get a daily reminder from Groove about all my flows in action, how emails were sent out and opened, and what next steps are actionable
Cons
- It is very frustrating when I have prepared a Groove flow and added my intended audience before realizing I want to add something or change the wording but I have to start a new flow or change the individual emails
- Tracking/logging emails and phone calls
- Automated email campaigns and cadences
- Follow up reminders
- Definitely increased productivity through automated sending and removal of bounced contacts
- Improved customer satisfaction and relationships through follow up reminders and logged activity
- Increased revenue by enabling contact to broader audiences
