Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Our organization uses Groove as a marketing and communications tool to send outreach to all of our customers. It allows us to keep track of analytics from each flow we create and allows for cross-collaboration.

Groove is well suited in a number of different aspects, however, the best use case that I have seen within my company is that it allows for mass sending of emails through flows, as well as allowing us to track performance. That is a major bonus for us because it tells us how we can improve our communication with our customers.
